Sliding Scale
We reserve a limited number of sliding scale spaces for clients who may not be able to afford the full fee. Sliding scale rates are offered based on financial need and current availability. If cost is a concern, please feel free to discuss your circumstances during your consultation. We can explore whether a sliding scale opening is available or discuss alternative referral options that may better fit your budget.
Insurance
We are in-network with VACCN/Optum and UBH. If we are out-of-network for your plan, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please contact your insurer directly to verify your coverage, deductible, and out-of-network benefits.
Good Faith Estimate
If you are paying for services out of pocket, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the anticipated cost of your care. Please contact us with any questions or to request an estimate before starting services.
