Thank you for stopping by. I specialize in trauma recovery, ADHD, and nervous system regulation, and I work with individuals navigating both personal and professional complexity, including Veterans receiving care through the VA Community Care Network (VACCN).
My approach integrates EMDR and psychodynamic therapy and is grounded in both clinical training and a background in public diplomacy and economics, which shapes how I understand identity, adaptation, and the environments we move through.
Therapy here is not about becoming a different person. It is about building a relationship with the person who has been there all along, often buried under years of adaptation that made sense at the time and no longer fits.
Over time, this work often leads to greater emotional clarity, a more stable sense of self, and a reduced need to overmanage or overperform in order to feel okay.
Sessions are intentional, personalized, and deeply engaging. Some are structured and targeted, especially when addressing trauma or ADHD-related patterns. Others invite profound exploration of identity, relationships, and inner experience. Throughout, the goal is to help you gain clearer self-understanding and respond to life with greater mindfulness instead of habit.
Therapy services are currently available to clients located in Maryland.
Many of my clients are very good at appearing fine. Some have spent so long managing how they are perceived, that they have lost track of what they actually feel, want, or need.
